One conversation. He tells you honestly if it fits.

01 Who this is for

Some work needs close range.

One man, one standard, nowhere to hide. Done circling the same year? This.

  • You want the most direct version, now.

  • Some things you will only say to one man.

  • You want a coach who knows your whole story.

  • You have outgrown advice. You want a standard.

02 The rhythm

One month, drawn out.

Three sessions with Tyson every week. The plan follows your life. The standard does not move.

Ask him what the first month looks like

Three a week Still hot when the next one lands.

Once a week The metal cools between sessions.

An illustration of why the spacing matters. Close repetitions keep the metal hot. A week apart, it cools before the next one lands.

03 The direct fire

One man. All of the heat.

Repetitions close together beat willpower. Identity is built through repetition.

Close repetitions leave the pattern less room to reassert itself.

The metal never leaves the anvil.

A bar of steel at white heat resting on an anvil, sparks lifting from it, a bed of coals glowing behind.

04 The whole man

Forged across five dimensions.

Not one corner of your life. Open any of the five.

The five dimensions, one pentagon, each side filled from the centre to where you are today.

Press a wedge, or slide, to fill in where you are today.

The five dimensions of the work, Physically, Mentally, Emotionally, Spiritually, Socially, drawn as five wedges of one pentagon. Each fills from the centre outward to the level you set.
Physically Body

Strength, sleep, food, movement. The metal itself. Three sessions a week keeps the physical work honest, because the next session is never far away.

Mentally Mind

Focus, discipline, the voice in your head. Named out loud to one man who remembers what you said last week, and asks about it.

Emotionally Heart

Regulation, expression, repair. The private fight goes on the table at your pace, in a room of two.

Spiritually Soul

Purpose and meaning. Not religion. What your life is pointed at, said plainly, and built toward.

Socially Tribe

Marriage, fatherhood, friendship. The people who feel it first when you change, and the reason the work matters.

Find the dimension where you struggle. That is where the work starts. Tell Tyson where you are

Tyson DesMarais between sets in his gym, head down and laughing, glasses catching the light.

He was the metal first.

05 Why him

He did the work first.

Tyson DesMarais lost everything in one night and built the life he has now from there. He came home from prison with the discipline already in him, and learned what it looks like in a free man's life. He coaches men across that same ground every week, from what happened to him, not from a textbook.

06 The proof

Each blade on the wall is a man.

They are the men who did this work with Tyson. One man asked. He came back, and he brought a friend. It has grown that way since.

The men who did this work tell it better than a page can. Ask to stand at the fire with one

07 Where the work lives

The work has a home.

You get a portal like this, built for you before day one. Your program, your habits, your record, in one place. Sample data shown.

08 The flagship

The 1-on-1 program.

You and Tyson, direct.

Three sessions a week with the coach who knows your whole story. The plan is built around your life, your history, and the man you are becoming.

Close repetitions are the point. The heat carries from one session into the next, and identity is built through repetition.

The program, in order

The order is fixed. The pace follows your life.

  1. 01 You start here Foundation The reckoning. You accept where you are, and training, food and sleep start on day one.
  2. 02 Build The new habits take hold. You build a rhythm that is yours, not borrowed.
  3. 03 Forge The physical work and the emotional work start moving as one. You and Tyson review the ground covered.
  4. 04 The Test The old patterns push back hardest here. Your metal is tested, and the impurities come out.
  5. 05 Reclaim The new identity settles. The people closest to you notice first.
  6. 06 Graduation You graduate with a baseline you set yourself, and the habits that hold it.

What the work includes

  • Three sessions with Tyson every week, 1‑on‑1.

  • Your own private portal, built before you start.

The initial consultation

It is honest. He tells you whether 1‑on‑1 is the right fit. If it is not, he says so.

Not sure 1‑on‑1 is the right fit? Talk it through with Tyson. He tells you honestly which program fits. Pricing is part of that conversation, not a page.

The next step

Have the conversation.

One call. You bring where you are. Tyson brings where the work leads. You decide if you are ready to be forged.

Book the initial consultation

Your initial consultation with Tyson is $250. If you join a program, $100 of it comes off the price. Once the call is done, Tyson builds your personalized dashboard with a plan of action. Tyson replies himself, usually within a day.
