Men standing together around the glow of a forge fire at night

The Group.

No man forges alone.

A small brotherhood doing the same heavy work, with Tyson running the room.

One conversation. He tells you honestly if it fits.

01 Who this is for

The bottom is not required.

Wreckage or crossroads, both are welcome.

  • You are carrying something you have not said out loud.

  • The outside looks fine. The inside has been loud.

  • White-knuckling it alone stopped working.

  • You want men who will not let you drift.

Sound familiar?

Say it to Tyson first

02 The path

The first months, drawn out.

The same men every week. Tyson to yourself every month. The work in between.

With the System The first two months move fast.

The extinction burst Weeks in, life pushes back and progress stalls. Expected, and planned for.

Alone Where most attempts end.

Extinction burst
Illustration of the pattern Tyson teaches: progress rises, dips when life pushes back, then climbs again. Without support, most attempts end at the dip.
An illustration of the pattern, not a measurement. The dip is on the map. The weekly fires, the men beside you, and Tyson keep you moving through it.

Ask him what the next group looks like

03 Why together

Doing it alone is where most attempts come apart.

Carry it alone and your body never stands down. Carry it in a room of men who know your name, and it can.

The weight does not change. How you hold it does.

Ask him who is standing at it now.

Not a confession circle. You share what you choose, standing at the fire.

04 The whole man

Forged across five dimensions.

Not one corner of your life. Open any of the five.

The five dimensions, one pentagon, each side filled from the centre to where you are today.

Press a wedge, or slide, to fill in where you are today.

The five dimensions of the work, Physically, Mentally, Emotionally, Spiritually, Socially, drawn as five wedges of one pentagon. Each fills from the centre outward to the level you set.
Physically Body

Strength, sleep, food, movement. The metal itself. The group gives you men who will ask what you actually did this week, which is why it gets done.

Mentally Mind

Focus, discipline, the voice in your head. You hear four other men name the same thoughts you assumed were only yours, and they lose some of their grip.

Emotionally Heart

Regulation, expression, repair. A man who can hold his own fire does not burn the people he loves. This is the room where you practise holding it.

Spiritually Soul

Purpose and meaning. Not religion. The quiet conviction that your life is pointed at something, and the willingness to say it in front of other men.

Socially Tribe

Marriage, fatherhood, friendship. You leave with men who know where you are going, and who notice when you stop moving.

Find the dimension where you struggle. That is where the work starts. Tell Tyson where you are

05 The proof

Each blade on the wall is a man.

They are the men who did this work with Tyson. One man asked. He came back, and he brought a friend. It has grown that way since.

The men who did this work tell it better than a page can. Ask to stand at the fire with one

06 Where the work lives

The work has a home.

You get a portal like this, built for you before day one. Your program, your habits, your record, in one place. Sample data shown.

07 Why the Group

You cannot do it alone.

Brothers beside you

Men need men.

Join a small group of men in the same situation as you. A brotherhood, working through real problems together, with Tyson running the room.

The same men every week. They know where you are going, and they notice when you stop moving.

What the work includes

  • One Group session every week, with the same men.
  • 1-on-1 time with Tyson every month.
  • A weekly check-in, so the work does not go a week unseen.
  • Your own private portal, built before you start.
  • This is coaching, not therapy. If you are working with a therapist, the two sit alongside each other.

The initial consultation

It is honest. Tyson tells you if the Group fits you. If it does not, he says so.

Forged. Not Fixed.

The next step

Have the conversation.

One call. You bring where you are. Tyson brings where the work leads. You decide if you are ready to be forged.

Book the initial consultation

Your initial consultation with Tyson is $250. If you join a program, $100 of it comes off the price. Once the call is done, Tyson builds your personalized dashboard with a plan of action. Tyson replies himself, usually within a day.
