Individualized training program based on your goals, including:
- Warm-ups
- Training
- Conditioning(if and when appropriate)
- Unlimited communications via Email/WhatsApp
- Unlimited video analysis
- Weekly video check-ins via Loom
- Ability to book a 30 minute call on an as-needed basis
- Adjustments made as needed to ensure continued progress (program sent in weekly blocks)
- There is a mandatory 3 month minimum commitment. Please see terms of service
