What this site is
mindsystem.ca is the public site of MIND System, a coaching business in Ontario. It describes the coaching, offers free guides, and gives you ways to reach Tyson DesMarais. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not, close the tab and no harm done.
Coaching is not health care
Coaching is forward work on habits, discipline, and the life you are building. It is not therapy, medicine, or psychological treatment, and it does not replace any of them. For a medical concern, talk to your doctor. If you are in crisis tonight, call or text 9-8-8, Canada's suicide crisis helpline. It is free and it answers any hour.
No promised outcomes
The work is real, and what comes of it depends on the man doing it. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a specific result.
Nothing is sold on this site
The site takes no orders and processes nothing. Programs, and what they cost, are discussed and agreed in conversation, directly with Tyson. Booking a call through the site creates no obligation on either side.
The free guides
The downloadable guides are free for your personal use. Send one to a man who needs it. Do not sell them, and do not strip the name off them.
What belongs to MIND System
The writing, photography, recordings, and design on this site belong to MIND System. Quote it with credit. Do not republish it wholesale.
Links that leave the site
The site links out to services like Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Instagram, and the booking form. Each runs under its own terms and its own privacy policy, which you accept there, not here.
The client portal
If you become a client, you get one portal account, on the email address your program runs on. Keep the password to yourself. If you think someone else has it, tell us and change it.
You may view and download your own dashboard and guides. You may not share your access, probe the portal for weaknesses, or copy it with automated tools.
The first time you sign in, the portal asks for your separate consent to hold your health information. Withdrawing that consent removes your dashboard. The privacy page says what the portal stores and for how long.
You can close your account at any time by writing to contact@mindsystem.ca. When your program ends, we close it on the schedule set out on the privacy page.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent Ontario law allows, MIND System is not liable for damage arising from the use of the site itself. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law gives you and does not let you sign away.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and of Canada.
Changes and contact
